XCamp is a fully immersive conference experience, where everyone is a participant in the sharing and learning of new tools, technologies, and methods. It’s an excuse to gather together a bunch of like-minded individuals in the world of experience design to share what’s working and not working in their organizations.
Whether it’s customers, employees, patients, fans, citizens, or <insert user here>, it’s about designing the best products and services possible. XCamp will bring you tools, methods, and practice to help elevate you and your organization's experience delivery.
This year, XCamp is enhancing our interactive experience with a lineup of expert speakers, handpicked for their insights, background, and inspirational stories. While the essence of XCamp as a collaborative platform remains, these guest speakers will add an extra layer of motivation and expertise to the discussion.
Last year we had a perfect blend of industries from various position, including Directors, Executive Directors, VPs, and C-Suite professionals in various fields such as Operations, Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), Digital Strategy, Innovation, Product Development, Service Development, Marketing & Communications, Client Services, Technology, eBusiness, Strategic Procurement, Digital Procurement, and Transformation. CX/UX touches many departments, if that sounds like you, come on down.
XCamp is organized by your friends at zu, a consultancy based out of Saskatoon. We are at the heart of the human-centered design movement and XCamp is the perfect way to bring the community of CX and UX leaders together to connect, learn, share, and elevate experience design in Saskatchewan.
XCamp happens on May 15-16, 2024, at the Alt Hotel x Remai Modern, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It’s a beautiful, convenient, and laid-back space. You won’t be stuck there though, we have some great off-sites, and surprise venues in the works.
We have space for ~80 people. Our goal is to bring together a dynamic and diverse group of individuals, organizations, and industries to create an open and balanced environment for sharing, learning, and connecting. We look to host no more than 2 individuals per organization and 2 organizations per industry — while ensuring we save spots for underrepresented groups. Last year was sold out, so we highly recommend not sleeping on this.
