What is XCamp

There’s no clean line between strategy and execution. The work is continuous, messy, and negotiated. We look closely at how teams work together, and what it actually takes to sustain change.

"As a CX professional committed to enhancing customer experiences, the insights and strategies gained were invaluable."

The speakers were not only experts in their fields but also passionate storytellers who conveyed the power of putting customers at the heart of business decisions.

Rob Jones, CEO, Sandbox Mutual Insurance

WHY XCAMP?

XCamp stands for Experience Camp—CX, UX, EX, FX, DX, PX. Different labels, same underlying work. We created it to bring that work into the same room, with the time and attention it usually doesn’t get. The pace is different. The conversations go further. You leave with ideas that have been tested, not just heard.

WHEN & WHERE?

XCamp Volume IV is in development. We’re planning a return to Regina, Saskatchewan in October 2026. Full details will be shared once the program is confirmed.

WHO IS XCAMP FOR?

XCamp brings together leaders across Operations, Experience, Product, Technology, and Transformation. Different roles, shared responsibility: aligning teams and getting complex work out the door.

WHO IS SPEAKING?

XCamp features a group of speakers and facilitators working across design, product, innovation, and public service — each bringing perspective shaped by real delivery experience.

That said, XCamp is designed to be participatory, not passive. Much of the value comes from the people in the room. Workshops and roundtables are shaped to create space for honest exchange, sharing what’s working, unpacking what’s not, and learning from others facing similar challenges.

Whether you contribute out loud or reflect quietly, the conversations are designed to be relevant, authentic and worth returning to when the work gets complex.

We’re always looking for great speakers and facilitators to join us for future XCamp events. If that’s you, drop us a line.

WHO IS BEHIND XCAMP?

XCamp is organized by your friends at zu, a digital experience studio based in Saskatoon, SK. For three decades we’ve partnered with organizations to create, rescue, and modernize digital products and services through human-centered design and development.

We created XCamp to bring together the people doing that work, often quietly, in silos, and give them space to connect, share, and strengthen the role of experience in the systems that shape our province and beyond.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND?

XCamp welcomes 100 attendees, creating an environment that feels intentional, open, and conversational. The scale allows for meaningful interaction between speakers and participants, and helps foster the sense of community we strive to create.

"A chance to slow down and ‘think differently.’"

Inspiring speakers and networking with like-minded attendees, all focused on better serving customers and solving problems in new ways. XCamp exceeded my high expectations, I got far more than anticipated in a fun, informal setting.

Krysta Konachowicz, DigitaL Consultant, Tourism Saskatchewan
"From insightful sessions to meaningful networking, each element fosters connection and inspiration."

XCamp is thoughtfully curated and expertly executed, with every detail designed for an immersive experience. It’s a top-tier event - if not the must-attend event in Saskatchewan.
